Upper Barn Board: $750/month
Lower Barn Board: $900/month
Rough Board $300/month
Includes: (excluding Rough Board)
- Matted private stall (10x10 or 12x12)
- Stall cleaned and replenished daily
- Hay and water at least three times daily
- AM & PM grain feeding (more if necessary)
- Daily turnout (weather permitting) with boots, blankets and fly spray
- Blanketing / un-blanketing (depending on the weather)
- Scheduling of deworming, farrier, veterinarian and horse care service
- Storage for tack and equipment
- Use of all facilities and amenities
Rough Board Includes:
- Matted private stall
- Hay and grain given at barn's specified feeing times (grain 2x day / hay 3x
day) - Daily turnout
- Use of all facilities and amenities
- Storage for tack and equipment
- Space available for hay, shavings and grain
- Hay and Shavings available for sale
Rough Boarder is responsible for stall cleaning, blanket changes, feed setup,
hay, grain and shavings. Stalls are required to be cleaned daily and kept dry.
